      摘要:葡萄果实采摘后,树体主要靠叶片的光合作用来合成有机物,贮存营养。果实采收后结果枝短截,增加树体通风透光,促进基部叶片光合作用。本研究以‘夏黑’葡萄为研究材料,在葡萄采摘后,对一年生结果枝进行不同程度的短截,测定分析不同短截程度对葡萄结果枝基部叶净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度及蒸腾速率的影响。结果表明:与对照(CK)相比,不同的短截程度都明显提高了‘夏黑’葡萄基部叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)及蒸腾速率(Tr),有利于基部叶片的光合积累,而胞间CO2浓度(Ci)有所降低。结论:短截对‘夏黑’葡萄基部叶片光合有明显的促进作用,留4片叶短截促进作用最为明显。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: After picked grape clusters, tree body mainly rely on the photosynthetic of the blade to the synthesis of organic compounds and storage nutrition. Different degrees of cutting back the branches result in diverse nutrients’ accumulation. In present study, using grafted ‘Summer Black’ grape cultivar as the experimental materials, one-year bear branches of grape tree were cut back by different degrees after picking clusters, the effects of net photosynthesis rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs),intercellular carbon dioxide concentration (Ci),transpiration rate(Tr) were measured and analysed. The result shows that compared with CK, all the cutting back degrees improve Pn、Gs and Tr of foot leaves of the branches, And intercellular carbon dioxide concentration decreased, benefit to the reservation of photosynthetic product of foot leaves. Conclusion: Cutting back of bear branches can accelerate the photosynthesis rate of foot leaves of ‘Summer Black’ obviously, further study reveals that retention of four leaves is the optimal method to the accumulation of tree body nutrition.
