      2015-2016年通过随机区组试验,研究了不同施肥处理对莲雾生长、产量及品质的影响。结果表明:1) 所有施肥处理的叶绿素含量、百叶重、百叶面积、百叶厚及新梢长度各指标均高于不施肥处理的对照,且差异显著;加有机肥处理的莲雾叶片的叶绿素值均高于不加有机肥的,差异显著;其中NPKM处理的莲雾新梢叶片质量最高,新梢最长。2)施肥均提高了莲雾单果鲜重及单株产量,不同施肥处理的单果鲜重、平均单株产量较对照分别提高46.19-101.12%、46.47-94.05%,其中NPKM处理的莲雾果实形态最佳、产量最高。3)加有机肥分别提高了莲雾果实可溶性固形物含量、可溶性总糖及维生素C(Vc)含量12.28-21.16%、24.18-34.54%及27.37-46.85%,降低了可滴定酸含量20.00-26.70%,提高了果实内在品质。综合分析,有机无机配施的NPKM处理对增加产量、改善叶面质量及提高果实品质效果最佳,研究结果可为绿色安全的莲雾生产技术提供理论支撑和指导意义。
英文摘要:
      Through random grouped trials in 2015-2016, this text has studied the effects of different fertilization on growth, yield and quality of Wax apple. The results show that, Firstly, in all treatments, the content of chlorophyll, the weight of leaf, the area of leaf, the thickness of leaf and the length of shoot were higher than no fertilizer, and the difference was significant; the indexes of organic fertilizer treatment were higher than that of no organic fertilizer, the difference was significant. The shoot of NPKM treatment was with highest quality and maximum length. Secondly, fertilization has increased the fresh weight of wax apple fruit and yield per plant, the former has raised by 46.19-101.12%, and the former has raised by 46.47-94.05%. The NPKM treatment was with the best fruit morphology and the highest yield. Thirdly, with organic fertilizer, the content of soluble solids has raised by 12.28-21.16%, the content of soluble total sugar has raised by 24.18-34.54% and the content of and vitamin C (VC) has raised by 27.37-46.85%, and reduced total titration acid content by 20.00-26.70%. In summary, the NPKM treatment has increased the yield and improved the quality of foliar and improved the fruit quality. The results of this study can provide theoretical support and guidance for safe and green production technology of Wax apple.
