以苹果砧木“JM7”春季茎尖为材料,研究不同光质及组合对组培不同阶段组培苗生长发育影响。结果表明,在培养基(萌芽诱导培养基LS 4.0mg/L6-BA 0.2 mg/L NAA,增殖培养基LS 2.5mg/L 6-BA 0.1mg/L NAA,生根培养基1/2LS 0.5mg/L NAA 1.0mg/L IAA)、培养温度、光照时间相同的情况下,LED光源比荧光灯光源有利于苹果砧木“JM7”的发芽、增殖分化、幼苗生长发育及生根;LED红/蓝配比为5﹕5时,“JM7”的发芽效果最好;LED红/蓝配比为6﹕4时,在增殖分化阶段、生根阶段的效果是最好的,其次为LED红/蓝7﹕3、LED红/蓝5﹕5,有利于苹果砧木“JM7”的萌发、幼苗的分化生长以及生根,优于荧光灯组和其他光源搭配。 |

Used JM7’s spring stem tip as material to study different LED influence of different stages of tissue culture.The results showed that in the culture medium (bud induction medium LS+4.0mg/L6-BA+0.2 mg/LNAA ,proliferation medium LS+2.5mg/L 6-BA +0.1mg/L NAA , rooting medium 1/2LS+0.5mg/L NAA +1.0mg/L IAA), at the same temperature and illumination time, LED were better than the fluorescent light of the germination; LED red / Blue ratio 5: 5, was the best on germination effect; LED red / Blue ratio 6:4, was the best on the proliferation stage and rooting effect stage; followed by LED red / Blue 7:3 and 5:5. |
