| 以橄榄种子及实生苗为材料，研究生根粉对橄榄种子发芽及幼苗根系生长的影响，及短截对橄榄幼苗根系形态及生长的影响。结果表明，生根粉处理对橄榄发芽率影响不大，但能显著提高种子发芽势与发芽指数（P<0.05）；促进幼苗植株生长，增大主根直径，增加侧根和根尖数量。主根短截能显著增大主根直径、侧根直径、侧根长度和根尖数量（P<0.05），增加二级侧根数量。结论：橄榄主根5 cm短截处理，根系生长效果最好，橄榄主根短截处理最适宜时期是幼苗1~2片真叶期。 |

| Taking Chinese olive [Canarium album（Lour.）Reausch] seeds and seedlings as test materials, this paper studied the effect of rooting powder on Chinese olive seed germination and seedling root growth, as well as the influences of taproot cutting on root morphology and growth of Chinese olive seedlings. The results showed that rooting powder had little effect on germination rate, but significantly increased the germination energy and germination index of Chinese olive seeds(P<0.05); played a significant role in promoting seedlings height, increased the root diameter and the number of lateral root and root tip. Taproot cutting significantly increased taproot diameter, lateral root diameter, lateral root length and root tip number (P<0.05), and increased the number of second-order lateral root. The degree of 5 cm taproot cutting had the best effect on root system growth, the best treatment period was seedlings with 1 to 2 true leaves. |
