以水晶葡萄为试材,研究1-MCP结合SO2缓释保鲜剂CT-2自发气调包装低温贮藏对水晶葡萄贮藏品质的影响。研究结果显示:1-MCP结合低剂量(1袋 / kg)CT-2处理对水晶葡萄的保鲜效果优于单独使用1-MCP处理能显著延缓水晶葡萄落粒和腐烂,贮藏60天时落粒率仅为5.6%,好果率高达65.0%,长期贮藏期间抑制水晶葡萄的呼吸速率和乙烯生成速率,维持较低的TSS、pH,延缓果实硬度、黏着性、凝聚性、胶着性和咀嚼性的降低。由于高浓度SO2破坏果实细胞壁,1-MCP结合2袋CT-2 / kg 处理组反而会增加其果粒脱落和腐烂。综上所述,1-MCP结合1袋 / kg CT-2低温贮藏能有效延长水晶葡萄贮藏期。 |

The effect of 1-MCP coupled with CT-2(SO2 controlled release preservative) on the storage quality of crystal grapes was investigated during storage at low temperature. The results indicated that effect of 1-MCP coupled with 1 bag / kg CT-2 treatment on the preservation is better than the use 1-MCP alone, it can significantly delay the berry drop and decay, the berry drop rate was only 5.6% and good fruits rate up to 65% stored at 60 days. It inhibits the respiration rate and ethylene production rate of crystal grape, maintain a low TSS and pH, delay the decrease of firmness, adhesiveness, springiness, cohesiveness, gumminess and chewiness during long-term storage. Due to the high concentration of SO2 destroyed the cellular structure,1-MCP coupled with 2 bags / kg CT-2 treatment will increase the berry drop rate and decay of the crystal grape. In conclusion, 1-MCP coupled with 1 bag / kg CT-2 can effectively prolong the storage period of crystal grape during low temperature |
