本文描述了番石榴褐斑病菌分离和致病性的测定,同时采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了5种常用杀菌剂对番石榴褐斑菌的毒力,结果表明,10%苯醚甲环唑抑菌效果最好,EC50为0.3599 mg/L;其次是45%咪鲜胺,EC50为2.9438 mg/L;再次是80%代森锰锌和75%百菌清, EC50分别为191.5667mg/L和 415.0018mg/L,80%克菌丹抑菌效果最弱,EC50为721.0244 mg/L。 |

This article describes the guava leaf separation and determination of pathogenic bacteria, the mycelium growth rate method is adopted at the same time, the determination of the five kinds of common fungicides virulence of guava blotches bacteria, the result showed that 10% of benzene ether JiaHuan azole antimicrobial effect is best, EC50 of 0.3599 mg/L; Fresh amines, followed by 45% of the mi EC50 of 2.9438 mg/L; Again is 80% mancozeb and 75% chlorothalonil, EC50 were 191.5667 mg/L and 415.0018 mg/L, 80% captan bacteriostatic effect is the weakest, EC50 of 721.0244 mg/L. |
