| 【研究目的】本试验以‘Newhall Navel Orange’和‘Jincheng Sweet Orange’果实为试材，研究了海拔高度为200-300m、400-500m、800-900m的常温简易通风贮藏库贮藏保鲜‘Newhall Navel Orange’和‘Jincheng Sweet Orange’果实的效果。【材料与方法】每个贮藏库内都放置了L95-42温湿度记录仪（上海发泰精密仪器仪表有限公司生产），记录贮藏库室内和室外的温湿度。贮藏期间每30d统计各贮藏库内‘Newhall Navel Orange’和‘Jincheng Sweet Orange’的失重率、腐烂率和可溶性固形物含量。【试验结果】3种贮藏库内温湿度环境参数持续变化，海拔800-900m贮藏库温度相比海拔200-300m和400-500m的贮藏库温度适宜柑橘贮藏，保鲜‘Newhall Navel Orange’和 ‘Jincheng Sweet Orange’果实效果较好，最多可贮藏5个月，腐烂率分别可控制在21.12%和24.34%，且果肉硬度高，果实品质，风味仍保持较好。【结论】由于海拔800-900m的简易通风贮藏库，贮藏3个月之后容易发生链格孢贮藏性病害，因此在实践中，建议采用常温贮藏时，海拔应选择在800m以上，但是贮藏时间以3个月左右最好。 |

| 【Objective】 The fruit of ‘Newhall Navel Orange’and‘Jincheng Sweet Orange’ was used as materials in this study. The objective of this study is to research preservation effect of the different storage conditions of citrus studied. 【Materials and methods】Environmental parameters of these storage conditions were termly detected by temperature and humidity recorder（L95-42）. Meanwhile, the weightlessness rate, decay rate and soluble solids content were measured very 30 d. 【Result】The environment parameters under the three storage conditions changed constantly. Results show that it is better that ‘Newhall Navel Orange’and‘Jincheng Sweet Orange’ are placed in the elevation of 800-900 m and can store up to five months, and the decay rate can be controlled in 21.12% and 24.34% respectively, and the fruit is hardness, fruit quality, flavor remains good. 【Conclusion】But they are easily inflected Alternaria tenuis when ‘Newhall Navel Orange’and‘Jincheng Sweet Orange’are placed in the elevation of 800-900 m for 3 months after. Therefore, if citrus are stroed with the normal temperature storage, should choose in the 800 m above sea level and the storage time in 3 months. |
