      以8年生‘东魁’杨梅为试材,调查了不同树形对杨梅生长结果和果实品质的影响。结果表明,不同树形能够使树高降低约50%,并能使果实成熟期提前1d以上。果实色差方面,开心形和圆头形在果实的明度L*、色调角h?和蓝绿值b*显著低于其他处理。在果实营养指标上,开心形和圆头形得到果实的可溶性固形物和固酸比显著高于其他处理。所有处理中,开心形得到杨梅果实的可滴定酸含量最低,而总多酚、总黄酮、总糖和Vc含量显最高,表明开心形树形有利于杨梅果实多种营养指标的提高。
英文摘要:
      As 8 years old Chinese bayberry cultivar ‘Dongkui’were used as plant materials, effect of different canopy forms to growth and fruit quality of chinese bayberry was investigated. The result suggested that tree height of different canopy forms can be reduced by about 50%, and fruit ripening date were also advanced by more than 1 day. In terms of fruit color燾hromatic燼berration, indexs such as L*, h?and b* in fruits of the center-opening canopy (CO) and the round canopy (RC) were significantly higher than in CK(trees without pruning). In terms of fruit quaility, the contents of soluble solid and the soluble solids to acidity ratio in CO and RC were significantly higer than in central leader canopy (CL) and CK. Among these treatments, titrable acid was the most lowest in fruits of CO, and contents of total polyphenols, total flavonoids, total suger and vitanmin C were the highest in fruits of CO, suggested that canopy form of CO is benefitial to improve nutrition indexs of chinese bayberry.?
