      本实验选取漂白粉、Na2S2O3、AgNO3、活性炭(AC)、抗坏血酸(Vc)、柠檬酸、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)7种防褐剂对枇杷叶片进行防褐化效果的研究。每种防褐剂都取不同的浓度进行平行试验。设置不添加任何防褐剂及暗培养做对照。结果表明:0.5mg/L的AgNO3对叶片的防褐效果最好,可以将褐化率降低至23.3%;AC的抗褐化效果最差,褐化率将近100%;暗培养对褐化的影响没有显著效果。
英文摘要:
      The attemps in this study were to find efficient methods to anti-browning in loquat. Loquat leaves were used as the experiment materials, methods of immersing explants and adding antioxidants or adsorbents to primary medium were used in the study. Na2S2O3, polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP), AgNO3, activated charcoal(AC), citric acid, vitamine C (Vc) and bleaching powder were selected to study their effects on browning control. Defferent concentuations of each antioxidant were used to carry out the parallel test. The results showed that 0.5mg/L AgNO3 showed the best effect to control browning at a rate of 23.3%; AC showed the worst effect with a high rate nearly 100%;The influence of dark treatment showed no significant effect to light treatment.
