研究了贝达、1103P、101-14、3309C、140Ru、5C、SO4、抗砧1号8种葡萄砧木对87-1叶片的栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、叶片厚度、栅海比、比叶重、叶绿素含量和净光合速率的影响,结果表明:贝达/87-1和1103P/87-1砧穗组合的海绵组织、叶片厚度显著厚于其他砧穗组合;栅栏组织厚度以140Ru/87-1、1103P/87-1和贝达/87-1砧穗组合最厚;比叶重以贝达/87-1和1103P/87-1砧穗组合最大。叶绿素含量、叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量和净光合速率,同样是贝达/87-1和1103P/87-1砧穗组合最大。综上,87-1以贝达和1103P做砧木,其叶片质量与光合性能最佳。此外,不同砧穗组合的叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、叶绿素总含量、叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量和比叶重与其净光合速率成显著正相关关系。 |

Experiment studied爐he effect of eight rootstocks(Beta,1103P,101-14,3309C,140Ru,5C, SO4,kangzhenNO.1) on爌alisade爐issue爐hickness, spongy爐issue爐hickness, leaf爐hickness, Specific Leaf Weight, chlorophyll燾ontent and net爌hotosynthetic爎ate of “87-1” grape. The result showed that the spongy爐issue爐hickness and leaf爐hickness of Beta/87-1 and 1103P/87-1 combination are thicker than other rootstock-scion combination. The palisade爐issue爐hickness of Beta/87-1, 1103P/87-1 and 140Ru/87-1 combination are the thickest. Specific Leaf Weight of Beta/87-1 and 1103P/87-1 combination are the largest. Beta/87-1 and 1103P/87-1 combination’s chlorophyll燾ontent, chlorophyll燼 content, chlorophyll燽 content and net photosynthetic rate are still the largest. Above all, the leaf quality and photosynthetic爌erformance of 87-1 grape are the optimal, when 87-1 grape grafted on the rootstock of Beta and 1103P. Besides, the leaf thickess, palisade爐issue爐hickness, spongy爐issue爐hickness, chlorophyll燾ontent, chlorophyll燼 content, chlorophyll燽 content, Specific Leaf Weight of different rootstock-scion combinations had significant爌ositive燾orrelation with net photosynthetic rate. |
