      以‘紫金四季’的叶片为外植体,对愈伤组织诱导、不定芽诱导、增殖培养、生根培养等组培快繁关键环节进行了研究,建立了‘紫金四季’草莓组织培养快繁技术。结果表明:‘紫金四季’幼叶较叶柄更适宜作为组培外植体,培养时叶片正面朝上放置更有利于愈伤的产生;诱导不定芽培养基以 MS 2.0mg/L TDZ 0.1mg /L NAA为佳,诱导率为50%;继代增殖培养基为 MS 1.0mg /L 6-BA 0.2 mg /L NAA,其增殖系数为6.17;生根培养基为 1 /4MS,生根率达 100% ,平均生根数达 6.6条。
英文摘要:
      In this study, using leaves from strawberry variety ‘Zijinsiji’as experimental material, we have studied several key steps of rapid propagation for tissue culture, which includes callus induction, adventitious shoot induction, proliferation culture, and rooting culture. As a conclusion, a rapid propagation system for strawberry variety ‘Zijinsiji’ was established. The results showed, leaf disks produced a much higher regeneration frequency than petiole segments, especially when their lower surfaces were kept contacted with culture medium. The best medium inducing adventitious shoots was MS 2.0mg/L TDZ 0.1mg/LNAA in our studies, which had a induction rate of 50%; The proliferation culture medium was MS 1.0mg /L6-BA 0.2mg /LNAA, which had a propagation coefficient of 6.17; The rooting medium was 1/4 MS, and its rooting rate was up to 100 % with an average of 6.6 roots.
