      以6份柑橘砧木枳Z-040、Z-037、Z-014、Z-004、Z-017和Z-046为试材,在无土栽培条件下,进行不同pH值处理,研究酸碱胁迫对不同枳生长和光合作用的影响,探讨柑橘砧木耐酸碱的机制。结果显示,在pH3.5和9.0处理下,6种砧木的株高、茎粗、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)和叶绿素含量均有降低,而水分利用率(WUE)有所上升,胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)在不同品种间的变化不一致。运用隶属函数法综合评价了这6份枳的耐酸碱能力,分析结果表明,这6份枳对酸胁迫的耐性强弱表现为:Z-004>Z-017>Z-046>Z-040>Z-014>Z-037;耐碱性强弱为:Z-040>Z-017>Z-037>Z-004>Z-046>Z-014,其中Z-017对酸和碱均表现了出较好的耐性。

      In this study, six rootstocks of trifoliate oranges Z-040 (Poncirus trifoliata),Z-037 (P. trifoliata),Z-014 (P. trifoliata),Z-004 (P. trifoliata ), Z-017 (P. trifoliata),Z-046(P. trifoliata) were used as materials to evaluate the tolerance to acidity and alkalinity stresses with hydroponic culture. Plant growth and photosynthetic parameters were assessed at different pH conditions. The results showed that the expanding of both plant height and stem diameter was suppressed. The photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr),stomatal conductance (Gs) and chlorophyll content (SPAD) of the leaves of six rootstocks were also decreased at pH3.5 and pH9.0 compared to those of at pH6.0. However, the water use efficiency (WUE) was increased. The intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) changed differently among different varieties. Based on the analysis of subordinate function, the acidic tolerance of the six rootstocks were ranged as: Z-004 > Z-017> Z-046 >Z-040> Z-014> Z-037,and the alkaline tolerance were: Z-040> Z-017> Z-037> Z-004> Z-046 > Z-014. The Z-017demonstrated better tolerances to both acidity and alkalinity.
