      为简化蓝莓组培方法,降低生产成本,提高接种效率。以蓝莓品种“康维尔”组培苗带叶茎段为继代培养材料,将开放式组培专用的3种植物源杀菌剂:组菌清、植培灵、菌杀光应用于蓝莓开放式组培体系中,比较其各自不同浓度的抑菌效果及对蓝莓试管苗有效增殖系数、鲜重、苗高的影响。试验发现,按推荐浓度使用3种抑菌剂,可以有效控制污染率,实现蓝莓开放式组培,组培苗有效增殖系数、鲜重、苗高的大小依次为对照 > 组菌清(2 mL/L)> 菌杀光(2 mL/L)> 植培灵(3 mL/L),其次还发现组培苗的有效增殖系数、鲜重、苗高随着抑菌剂使用浓度的增加而下降,说明3种抑菌剂对植物组织的生长都有不同程度的影响,综合抑菌效果、对植物组织生长的影响及成本因素考虑,认为1 mL/L是组菌清在蓝莓开放式组培中的最佳使用浓度。抑菌剂在植物开放式组培中具有广阔的应用前景。
英文摘要:
      In order to simplify the blueberry tissue culture method, reduce the production cost and improve the inoculation efficiency, with blueberry breed “Coville” tissue culture seedling stem with leaves as the subculture material, use 3 types of botanical fungiticides especially used in opening tissue culture—Zujunqing, Zhipeiling and Junshaguang—in the opening tissue culture system of blueberry, and compare their antibacterial effects under different concentrations and effects on the effective multiplication factor, fresh weight and seedling height of blueberry test-tube plantlet. The test results how that when the 3 types of botanical fungiticides are used in accordance with the recommended concentrations, it can effectively control the contamination rate and realize opening tissue culture of blueberry. The values of the effective multiplication factor, fresh weight and seedling height of tissue culture seedling are in the following order: control group> Zujunqing (2 mL/L) > Junshaguang (2 mL/L) > Zhipeiling (3 mL/L). Furthermore, we also find the effective multiplication factor, fresh weight and seedling height of tissue culture seedling reduce with the increase in fungistat concentration, which indicates that these 3 types of fungistats have different degrees of influences on the growth of plant tissues. By combining the antibacterial effects, influence on the growth of plant tissues and cost factor, we believe 1 mL/L is the optimum concentration of Zujunqing used in opening tissue culture of blueberry. Fungistat has broad application prospects in opening tissue culture of plants.
