      以猕猴桃组培盆栽苗为试材,通过在栽培介质中添加不同浓度的糠醛渣,研究糠醛渣对幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:取自新乡的碱性土和市售有机基质在加入5%、10%和20%的糠醛渣后,和对照相比,前者土壤pH值下降范围为0.38~0.80,后者为0.36~0.65;添加糠醛渣后幼苗生长均受到不同程度的抑制,高浓度条件下叶片黄化明显,猕猴桃幼苗的株高和叶片SPAD值均显著下降,新乡土处理组的株高降幅都在40%以上,叶片SPAD值降幅超过16%,有机基质处理组株高降幅超过77%,叶片SPAD值降幅超过20%;新乡土3个处理组和对照相比,叶片长宽均无显著差异,有机基质3个处理组的叶片长宽和对照相比都显著下降。结论:糠醛渣虽然可以降低两类栽培介质的土壤pH值,但对猕猴桃幼苗的生长产生抑制效果。
英文摘要:
      In this study, potted plantlets of kiwifruit tissue culture were used as test materials, and different concentrations (5%, 10% and 20%) of furfural residue were added in the cultivation medium to study the effects of furfural residue on the growth of kiwifruit. The results showed: after adding furfural residue to Xinxiang alkaline soil (N 35?8', E113?4') and organic medium, pH value descending range of the former treatment was from 0.38 to 0.80, and the latter was from 0.36 to 0.65 compared to the control. Seedling growth was inhibited and Leaf yellowing was obvious under high concentration of furfural residue. Plant height and leaf SPAD (Soil and Plant Analyzer Development) values decreased significantly in both cultivation mediums, plant height descending range of the former was more than 40%, and leaf SPAD value was more than 16%; and this two index of the latter were 77% and 20% respectively. There were no significant differences in leaf length and width between the three treatments of Xinxiang soil compared to control, but the two index decreased significantly in the organic medium group. The conclusion was that furfural residue reduced the pH values of two kinds of cultivation medium, but had inhibitory effects on the growth of kiwifruit seedlings.
