应用SSR分子标记对8份江西不同来源的金沙柚及其近缘柚类品种的遗传多样性进行分析。从41对引物中筛选了26对引物,共检测到等位基因92个,平均每对引物扩增出3.54个等位基因,多态性为53.68%。每对引物可检测到的等位基因数目为2~8个不等。 NTSYS 软件分析,8份材料的相似性系数为0.729~0. 924。聚类分析结果显示材料可以被划分为金兰柚和沙田柚两个组。结果表明,金沙柚与其近缘柚类亲缘关系较近,但近缘种间存在一定的遗传变异。为金沙柚的种质保存、育种和生产提供了分子水平上的依据。 |

SSR molecular markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 8 Jinsha pomelo and its closely related varieties from main planting area in Jiangxi province. 26 pairs of primers were selected from 41 pairs. Of 92 polymorphic bands were generated from 26 SSR primers at average 3.54 bands per pair primer and 53.68% polymorphic. The average number of alleles per locus was ranged from 2 to 8. The similarity coefficient of 8 varieties is 0.729~0.924. According to the UPGMA method based on genetic similarities all materials were divided into Jinlan pomelo and Shatian pomelo two groups. Results showed that there is some genetic variation between Jinsha pomelo and its closely related varieties at molecular level. These results could provide the reference for germplasm collection, breeding and production popularization. |
