甜樱桃细菌性果斑病为近年来发生在辽宁省大连地区樱桃上的一种新病害。经病原菌分离及柯赫氏法则验证,证明引起该病的病原菌为一种细菌,根据分离株培养特性、生理生化反应、致病性及16S rDNA序列分析将该病原细菌初步鉴定为成团泛菌(Pantoea agglomerans)。成团泛菌侵染引起的樱桃果斑病在国内外尚属首次报道。 |

Cherry fruit spot disease is a new disease of cherry occurring in Liaoning province, China in recent years. This research indicated that the pathogen causing this disease is a kind of bacterium by testing of Koch’s postulates. This causal agent was identified as Pantoea agglomerans based on morphology, physiological and biochemical characteristisc, pathogenicity, and sequence analysis of 16S rDNA. This is the first report that P. agglomerans caused the fruit spot disease of cherry in China even in the world. |
