      采用菌丝生长速率法测定6%阿泰灵(寡糖?链蛋白)WG、2%香菇多糖AS和5% 氨基寡糖素AS对火龙果溃疡病菌(Neoscytalidium dimidiatum)的抑制作用,并通过盆栽试验明确了3种诱抗剂对火龙果溃疡病的诱导抗性。结果表明,6%阿泰灵(寡糖?链蛋白)WG的抑菌效果低于10%,5%氨基寡糖素AS和2%香菇多糖AS的抑菌效果为0;6%阿泰灵(寡糖?链蛋白)WG诱导抗病性效果达到60%以上,5%氨基寡糖素AS和2%香菇多糖AS的诱导抗病性效果超过了80%,其中83.33mg/L的5% 氨基寡糖素AS和33.33mg/L的2%香菇多糖AS诱导抗病性效果分别达到89.81%和87.79%。

      Bacteriostatic activity of three elicitors agent Neoscytalidium dimidiatum were tested using mycelial growth rate menthod, this study determined the induced resistance of the 6% oligosaccharins穚lant activator protein (WG) , 2% lentinan (AS) and 5% amino-oligosaccharin (AS).The results showed that 2% lentinan (AS) and 5% amino-oligosaccharin (AS) had no bactericidal activity,inhibitory effect of the 6% oligosaccharins穚lant activator protein (WG) was less than 10%; The results of pot experiment indicated that the effects of induced resistance of these 3 elicitors with different concentrations against pitaya in seedling stage were good.6% oligosaccharins穚lant activator protein (WG) was over than 60%,2% lentinan (AS) and 5% amino-oligosaccharin(AS) were over 80%.Among them,The better treatments were 5% amino-oligosaccharin (AS) at concentration of 83.33 mg稬-1 and 2% lentinan (AS) at concentration of 33.33 mg稬-1.Their control efficiencies were 89.81% and 87.79%,respectively.
