扁桃是重要的干果。本试验以扁桃果实为材料,通过半薄切片法和透射电镜法处理,观察了扁桃果实早、中、晚三个时期各层组织结构和超微结构发育变化。同时观察了扁桃果实维管束结构,发现SE/CC复合体与周围韧皮薄壁细胞没有胞间连丝,属于共质体隔离,初步推断扁桃果实以质外体卸载方式为主。 |

The almond is an important dried fruit. In paper experiment, the different lays structural changes of microstructure and ultrastructure were observed, about the almond fruit, in early, middle and late three times, by semi-thin section method and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). At the same time, we observed the vascular bundle structure of almond fruit and found that the SE/CC comlex had no intercellular connection with the surrounding phloem parenchyma cells, which belonged to the intergaranular isolation, It was considered that the apoplasmic unloading may be the main pathway. |
