本研究以“金优2号”板栗果实为材料,研究了外源一氧化氮供体硝普钠(SNP)浸果处理对板栗果实采后贮藏性的影响。结果表明,SNP处理可维持板栗果实贮藏期较高的好果率,其中0.4 mM SNP处理贮藏效果最佳,冷藏180 d时好果率为81.11%,显著高于对照(56.67%),且延缓了果实淀粉含量的下降,贮藏期间保持了较高的可溶性总糖、还原糖和维生素C含量,对蛋白质含量和含水量影响不大。 |

Studies were carried out to observe the effect of sodium nitroprusside(SNP) treatment (source of nitric oxide) on storage ability of chestnut ‘Jinyouerhao’ . The results showed that SNP treatments could keep higher healthy fruit rate during storage, and the fruits treated with 0.4mM SNP kept best storage effect, the healthy fruit rate was 81.11% after 180 days cold storage, significantly higher than the control group(56.67%). 0.4mM SNP treatment delayed the decrease of starch content, and kept higher content of total soluble sugar, reducing sugar and Vitamin C, but had little influence on the content of protein and water. |
