柠檬苦素类化合物是一类高含氧的三萜类次生代谢产物,主要存在于芸香科和楝科植物中,部分柠檬苦素类化合物已被证实具有抗癌、抗菌、抗炎、昆虫拒食等生物活性,并作为高效低毒生物农药在农业生产中得到应用。本文主要对该类物质在芸香科和楝科植物中已报道的存在形式、生理功能和应用进行综述,并对其在柑橘抗病、副产物价值提升等方面的应用前景进行了展望。 |

Limonoids are a class of high-oxygen-containing triterpenoid secondary metabolites, found mainly in the Rutaceae and Meliaceae plants. Some limonoids have been proved to have biological activities as anti-cancer, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, insect antifeedant. And as a highly effective biological pesticides of low toxicity, some limonoids have been applied in agricultural production. In this paper, we reviewed the existing forms, physiological functions and application of these substances in Rutaceae and Meliaceae plants, and prospects in the application of citrus disease resistance and the value adding of byproducts were also discussed. |
