| 为了对甜橄榄进行品种分类鉴定，我们对闽清的甜橄榄种质资源进行了遗传多样性分析。从100条SRAP引物中筛选出12条具有多态性谱带的引物，对17份甜橄榄种质资源进行SRAP分析。结果显示：12条引物共扩增得153个位点，有43个多态性位点，多态性百分率为28.1％，数据分析甜橄榄种质资源的相似系数在0.796~0.987之间；其中，‘羊屎’与‘小个子’相似系数最高，为0.987。相似系数在0.846处，17份种质资源可分为两大类，‘胜利1号’、‘羊屎’、‘黄田’、‘小箬’、‘自来圆’、‘山源1号’和‘小个子’为第一大类，其他为第二大类包；进一步区分，在相似系数0.870处又可分为四类，第一类包括‘胜利1号’、‘羊屎’、‘黄田’、‘小箬’、‘山源1号’和‘小个子’，第二类包括只有‘自来圆’，第三类包括‘红脸’、‘竹岐1号’、‘长营’、‘徳士’，其他为第四类。 |

| In order to get the classification and identification of sweet olive varieties, we conducted the genetic diversity analysis of sweet olive germplasm resources in Minqing. Using 12 primers with good polymorphism screened from 100 primers of SRAP, genetic resources analysis based on SRAP was carried out on the 17 sweet olives. 153 bands were amplified by 12 selected primers, among which 43 bands were polymorphic，and percentage of polymorphic loci was 28.1％. The genetic similarity among all the tested olives ranged from 0.796 to 0.987, and similarity was the maximum between ‘Yangshi’ and ‘Xiaogezi’. When genetic similarity was 0.635，17 sweet olives were classified into two groups. ‘Shengli No.1’, ‘YangShi’, ‘huangtian’, ‘'Xiaoruo’, ‘Zilaiyuan’, ‘Qinglan No.1’and ‘Xiaogezi’ made up of the first major category, and the others made up of the second major category. All the olives were classified into two groups when genetic similarity was 0.870, ‘Shengli No.1’, ‘YangShi’, ‘huangtian’, ‘'Xiaoruo’, ‘Qinglan No.1’and ‘Xiaogezi’ made up of the first group, ‘Zilaiyuan’ was the only in the second group, ‘Honglian’, ‘Zhuqi No.1’, ‘Changying’ and ‘Deshi’ made up of the third group, and the others made up of the fourth group. |
