乙烯是参与果实成熟、软化和衰老的重要激素,果实成熟时的乙烯释放量水平是决定果实货架期的关键因素。本研究以涵盖不同成熟期的28个砂梨品种为对象,通过测定其果实成熟采后常温贮藏过程中的乙烯释放量和硬度变化,判断其呼吸跃变类型。结果显示,多数早熟砂梨品种成熟后乙烯释放量较高,并且迅速上升于采后常温贮藏10~15d抵达峰值,表现为呼吸跃变型果实;而多数中晚熟乙烯释放量较低且采后乙烯释放量增加极为缓慢,显示为非呼吸跃变型特征。发掘出特异种质两份,即早熟非呼吸跃变型品种‘鄂梨2号’和晚熟呼吸跃变型品种‘金水1号’。本研究鉴定结果可为这些砂梨品种的生产和育种利用提供依据。 |

The shelf life of sand pear fruit is determined by its level of ethylene production. Relatively high levels of ethylene reduce storage potential and fruit quality.Evaluation the potential shelf-life of 28 sand pear cultivars with different maturity were studied by measuring ethylene release amount and hardness change in the process of the postharvest storage at room temperature. The results showed that the majority of early maturing cultivars show poor storability because of releasing high amount of ethylene and the rapid rising peak in 10~15d postharvest storage which fit climacteric characteristic. A small amount of ethylene releasing during postharvest storage in Middle-late or late cultivar reveal good storability and long shelf life. Two special cultivars, early maturing non respiratory climacteric cultivar "Eli No. 2" and late maturing respiratory climacteric cultivar "Jinshui No. 1" were screened out. The results of this study can provide basis for the cultivation or breeding utilization of these cultivars. |
