      为确定适于翠冠梨常温货架期的合理采收期,以翠冠梨为试验材料,在常温贮藏条件下模拟货架期,研究在常温货架条件下不同采收期对翠冠梨果实品质的影响。试验结果表明:货架初期,采收期Ⅰ的翠冠梨果实Vc和TSS含量显著低于采收期Ⅱ与采收期Ⅲ;货架中期,采收期Ⅲ的翠冠梨其果实失重率、腐烂率、呼吸强度以及Vc和TSS含量的降解速率显著高于采收期Ⅰ和采收期Ⅱ的;在货架后期 ,失重率、腐烂率和呼吸速率和均为采收期Ⅲ>采收期Ⅱ>采收期Ⅰ,色差指数和硬度三者无显著差异,Vc含量采收期Ⅲ和采收期Ⅱ两者间无显著性差异,但显著高于采收期Ⅰ,TSS和TA含量采收期Ⅰ和采收期Ⅱ显著高于采收期Ⅲ。综合各项指标,采收期Ⅱ的果实货架期品质优于采收期Ⅰ、Ⅲ的果实,为较适宜的采收期。
英文摘要:
      In order to determine the reasonable harvest period for the shelf life of Cuiguan pear at room temperature, ‘Cuiguan’ pears were used as experiment material to investigated the effects of different harvest periods on fruit quality during shelf life under the condition of common temperature. The results showed that the contents of Vc and TSS in fruit of harvest periodⅠ were significantly lower than those of harvest period Ⅱ and Ⅲ at early shelf stage.At medium shelf period, weight loss rate ,rot rate , the respiration intensity and the rate of Vc and TSS degradation in fruit of harvest period Ⅲ were significantly higherthan those of harvest periodⅠ andⅡ. At the end of the shelf life, tweight loss rate ,rot rate , the respiration intensity were highest in fruit of harvest period Ⅲ, harvest period Ⅱ followed, and harvest periodⅠwas the lowest. There was no significant difference in the color difference index and hardness among the three harvest periods. There was no significant difference in Vc content between harvesting period III andⅡ, which significantly higher than the harvest period Ⅰ,but TA and TSS content of harvest period Ⅰ and Ⅱ fruits were significantly higher than those of the harvest period Ⅲ. According to these indicators, the fruit quality of shelf stage of harvest period Ⅱ was better than that of harvest period Ⅰ and Ⅲ, which was a suitable harvest period for ‘Cuiguan’ pear.
