      为了探讨枳雀耐缺铁的原因,本文采用高通量测序技术比较分析了柑橘耐缺铁砧木枳雀与缺铁敏感砧木枳的根系(包括根际与根内)微生物群落及微生物在枳雀耐缺铁中的可能作用。结果表明,两种砧木的根际微生物数量均显著大于根内;枳雀的根际和根内微生物多样性与枳无显著性差异;两种砧木的根系微生物主要属于变形菌门和放线菌门;共16个属的微生物在两种砧木中的丰度有显著差异,其中11个属在枳雀中的丰度显著高于枳,另5个属则相反。本研究发现枳雀与枳的根系微生物多样性无差异,但具体的微生物组成存在显著差异,部分与铁吸收相关的微生物如产高铁载体菌、根瘤菌、矿物风化菌、耐高盐碱菌在枳雀中的丰度显著高于枳,可能与枳雀耐缺铁有关。
英文摘要:
      In this study, we performed a comparative analysis of the microbial communities of citrus roots and rhizosphere soil between Fe-deficiency-tolerant rootstock Zhique(Citrus wilsonii Tanaka)and Fe-deficiency-sensitive rootstock Trifoliata orange(Poncirus trifoliata (L.) Raf.), and screening of microarganisms associated with iron acquisition, as well as exploring of the putative role of microorganisms in the Fe-deficiency tolerance of Zhique(Citrus wilsonii Tanaka).The results revealed that the bacterial abundance in rhizosphere soil samples was significantly higher than that in root samples in both genotypes; the bacterial diversity of Zhique(Citrus wilsonii Tanaka)samples was comparable to that of Trifoliata orange(Poncirus trifoliata (L.) Raf.)samples; the main bacterial groups in the 16 samples was Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria, and the abundance of 16 genera were significantly different between two genotypes, of which 11 genera were more abundant in Zhique(Citrus wilsonii Tanaka)than Trifoliata orange(Poncirus trifoliata (L.) Raf.), and the remaining 5 genera were more abundant in Trifoliata orange. In this study, although there are no significant difference in the bacterial diversity of Zhique(Citrus wilsonii Tanaka)samples and Trifoliata orange(Poncirus trifoliata (L.) Raf.)samples, the abundance of certain bacteria were significantly different. For instance, the bacterial producing siderophores, rhizobials, mineral weathering bacteria and saline tolerance bacteria were more abundant in Zhique(Citrus wilsonii Tanaka)samples than Trifoliata orange(Poncirus trifoliata (L.) Raf.), suggesting that these bacteria might play an important role in promoting iron acquisition of Zhique(Citrus wilsonii Tanaka).
