      为了解黑莓不同类型愈伤组织与胚前体组织的生理特性差异,为体细胞胚诱导提供依据,本文通过对黑莓均质、松散型胚性愈伤组织进行诱导研究,比较了黑莓3种不同类型的愈伤组织与胚前体组织生理特性方面的差异。结果显示:球形胚前体组织的可溶性糖含量最高,其余3种愈伤组织间无差异;球形胚和硬块型组织脯氨酸含量最高,其次是稀软型,松散型的最低;硬块型的丙二醛含量最高,其他3种间无差异;稀软型的SOD酶活性最高,其次是松散型和硬块型,球形胚的最低;稀软型的POD酶活性最高,其他3种间无差异。隶属函数综合分析认为,加拿大黑莓的松散型愈伤组织的生理特性最接近于球形胚前体组织,因此松散型愈伤组织更适于体细胞胚的诱导。

      To find out the physiological difference of different types callus and embryo precursor tissue in Canada Blackberry, the induction study of the homogenized and loose embryo callus in somatic embryogenic mutagenesis was carried out, and the physiological characteristics between the three types of callus and the precursors were studied. The results showed that the soluble sugar content of the precursors was the highest, and there was no difference in the other three. The highest proline was in the precursors and hard block callus were followed, then was weak soft callus and the lowest content was in the loose callus. The highest malondialdehyde was in the hard callus, and there was no difference among the three other types callus. The enzyme activity of SOD of thin soft callus was the highest, followed by the loose and hard block callus, the lowest was in the spherical embryo. The enzyme activity of POD was highest in thin soft callus and there was no difference in the other three. Under the analysis of the function, the physiological characteristics of loose callus of the Canada Blackberry was the closest to the globular embryo precursor organization, so the loose callus is more suitable for induction of somatic embryogenesis.
