| 茂谷柑由于果皮薄、果肉与表皮贴合紧密、枝梢顶部结果等特点，在桂中南地区栽培果实日灼病发生较为严重。目前在生产中主要采用涂白技术防控茂谷柑日灼病，然而目前常用的涂白黏着剂多为建筑用胶水，存在较大的食品安全隐患。本实验选择三种较为安全环保的黏着剂（儿童用白乳胶、海藻胶、植物型建筑胶水）与轻质碳酸钙和水一起进行涂白实验，研究三种配方下涂白和防控果实日灼病的效果。结果表明儿童用白乳胶是相对安全、高效、低成本的涂白黏着剂。 |

| In South-central part of Guangxi Province, ‘Murcott Tangor’ is susceptible to sunscald due to the thin skin, the flesh and epidermis fit closely and the fruit grows on the end of the branches. At present, the white adhesive is used to avoid sunscald. However, the glue of current white adhesive is made of construction glue which is a big food safety hazard. This experiment chooses three safety white adhesives (White latex for children, Seaweed Gel, Construction glue made by plant) mixed with precipitated calcium carbonate and water. Compare with these three formulations, find out which formulation is better. The result is white adhesive with white latex for children is more safety and lower cost. |
