为了解不同北美海棠品种的抗寒特性,筛选出具有较好抗寒性的品种,以10份北美海棠品种的1年生枝条为试验材料,通过对不同低温(-20(对照)、-25、-30、-35、-40℃)胁迫下,测定了不同北美海棠品种枝条的相对电导率和萌芽率的变化情况。结果表明,随着温度的降低,不同北美海棠枝条的相对电导率均呈现上升趋势,并与对照呈极显著差异;由此推测,不同北美海棠抗寒性强弱顺序为红叶海棠>金色海棠>牡丹海棠>红宝石>绚丽>粉手帕>印度安魔力>亚当>草莓果冻>高原之火;根据恢复生长试验得出各品种抗寒性强弱顺序与电导法鉴定得出的抗寒性排序结果基本一致。本研究结果显示,不同北美海棠品种的抗寒性较强,其中草莓果冻能抵御的最低温度在-35℃~-40℃,其余品种能抵御的最低温度达-40℃以下,本研究结果为北美海棠抗寒性选育和生产发展提供科学理论依据。 |

To understand how cold hardiness physiology characteristic and the filter has good cold resistance varieties of North American Begonia. Taking the 10 varieties of North American Begonia as the experimental materials, and relative electrolyte conductivity, shoot germination rate of recovery were investigated on varieties of North American Begonia branches under the low temperature stress (-20(ck),-25,-30, -35and-40℃). The results showed that: The relative electrolyte conductivity of all North American Begonia varieties gradually increased in lowering of the temperature and very significant difference and ck. Thus it could inferred that the order of cold resistance was: M. ‘micro maluscv’ > M.‘gold Begonia’ > M. ‘peony Begonia’ > M.‘Red Jew elberry’ > M.‘Radiant’> M. ‘fenshoupa Begonia’> M.‘Indian Magic’> M.‘Adams’> M.‘Strawberry Parfait’> M.‘Prairifire, According to restore growth’s eduction and the cold hardiness strength of each type method of membership grade function,the relative electrolyte conductivity of hardiness sort results were basically identical; This study shows, Different varieties of north American Begonia cold resistance are stronger, among them, M.‘Strawberry Parfait’ was much stronger which could resist the lowest temperature-35~-40℃, other verities could resist the lowest temperature below-40℃, which could Provide scientific theoretical basis for Cold resistance breeding and Production development of North American Begonia. |
