以大棚栽培的‘甜宝’草莓为试材,研究了臭氧水处理对草莓果实营养成分的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,采用1.0 mg?L-1臭氧水浇灌处理‘甜宝’草莓后,果实鲜重、果实总糖和总蛋白含量、矿质元素含量(包括Ca、Fe、Zn、Se)均显著增加,特别是Se含量增加尤为突出。说明浇灌臭氧水处理有利于草莓产量和品质的提高。 |

Greenhouse strawberry ‘TianBao’ was used as test materials and the effects of ozone water treatment on nutrient contents of strawberry fruit were studied. The results showed that the fruit fresh weight, fruit total sugar and total protein, mineral element contents (including Ca, Fe, Zn and Se) of strawberry ‘TianBao’ were all increased significantly compared with the control after ozone water treatment at 1.0 mg?L-1, especially the increase of Se content was particularly prominent. It indicated that the treatment of irrigating ozone water was beneficial to the improvement of yield and quality of strawberry. |
