从广西南宁市、钦州市和防城港市采收的火龙果,经28℃存放,观察采后发病情况。取病部进行组织分离,根据形态学特性和rDNA-ITS序列分析对病原菌进行鉴定,结果表明广西火龙果采后贮藏发生的病害有火龙果软腐病(Fusarium equiseti (Corda) Sacc.,Gilbertella persicaria (Eddy) Hesselt.),火龙果黑斑病(Alternaria alternata (Fr.) Keissl. , Bipolaris cactivora (Petrak)Alcorn), 火龙果溃疡病(Neoscytalidium dimidiatum (Penz.) Crous & Slippers),其中木贼镰刀菌引起火龙果软腐病为首次发现。 |

Pitaya fruits collected from Nanning, Qinzhou and Fangchenggang were stored at 28℃,then postharvest diseases were observed. Afterward,pathogens isolated from the diseased tissue were identified by the morphological characteristics and rDNA-ITS sequence analysis. Results showed that soft rot(Fusarium equiseti(Corda) Sacc.,Gilbertella persicaria (Eddy) Hesselt.),black spot (Alternaria alternata (Fr.) Keissl. , Bipolaris cactivora (Petrak)Alcorn )and canker(Neoscytalidium dimidiatum (Penz.) Crous & Slippers)were detected on the postharvest fruits.Among which, Fusarium equiseti causing soft rot of dragon fruit was first reported. |
