      建立加州软籽甜石榴稳定的快繁体系,为加速新品种推广和无病毒植株的使用提供参考。以加州软籽甜石榴的茎段和叶片为试材,研究初代培养,遏制褐变,愈伤组织增殖培养各环节影响因子和生长调节剂种类配比。茎段初代培养最适宜的培养基为MS;叶片初代培养最适宜的培养基为WPM。遏制茎段褐变最佳措施为接种后连续转接3次;叶片遏制褐变最佳措施为接种后先暗处理1周再连续转接2次。愈伤组织最佳增殖培养基为WPM 6-BA2.0mg/L 2,4-D0.3mg/L,2,4-D增殖效果优于NAA。初步建立了加州软籽甜石榴的快繁体系,为以后的繁殖和生产提供材料。
英文摘要:
      The aim of establishing a stable rapid propagation system of California soft seed pomegranate is to provide reference for accelerating the promotion of new varieties and the using of virus-free plants.The stems and leaves of California soft seed pomegranate were used as explants for the experiment to research the influence factors and the dosage of plant growth regulators for primary culture、browning control and callus multiplication.The results indicated that the optimal primary medium for stems was MS, the optimal primary medium for leaves was WPM.The optimal treatment of browning control for stems was to transfer three times continuously, the optimal treatment of browning control for leaves was to shade for one week then transfer two times.The optima-l medium for callus multiplication was WPM 6-BA2.0mg/L 2,4-D0.3mg/L,2,4-D is better than NAA.In this experiment, we have established a preliminary rapid propagation system of California soft seed pomegranate, which provides the materials for the future reproduction and production.
