本试验以长富2号/T337自根砧苹果幼树为试材,采用水培试验方法,研究不同供磷水平(0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5mmol/L)对苹果光合及叶绿素荧光特性的影响。结果表明,Chl.a、Ch1.b、Car.、 Pn、Tr、WUE、Fo、Fm和 Fv 均随磷浓度的升高呈先增加后降低的趋势,至1.0mmol/L处达到最大值,表明此供磷水平下,苹果幼树叶片光合性能最强,最适宜苹果幼树生长。由此可见,在本试验条件下,栽培苹果的最佳磷浓度为1.0mmol/L。 |

With young‘Fuji’apple trees of T337 rootstocks as test material, the effects of different phosphorus (P) levels on爌hotosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics were studied by using hydroponics experiment. Six different P concentrations at 0,0. 5,1.0, 1.5,2.0,2.5mmol/L were designed. The results indicated that the Chl.a、Ch1.b、Car.、 Pn、Tr、WUE、Fo、Fm and Fv were increased at firstly and then decreased with the increasing of P concentrations, under the treatment of 1.0mmol/L were the highest.It showed that the photosynthetic performance of apple saplings was the most suitable for the growth of apple saplings. Therefore, the optimum phosphorus concentration of the cultivated apple was 1.0mmol/L under the conditions of this test. |
