以海南“大鸡心”黄皮为实验材料,研究了涂膜(1.5 %壳聚糖)、包装(0.02 mm PE保鲜袋)以及涂膜与包装复合处理(1.5 %壳聚糖 0.02 mm PE保鲜袋)对采后黄皮果实贮藏品质的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,1.5 %壳聚糖涂膜、PE保鲜袋包装、涂膜与包装复合处理能够减慢果实失重率和果皮褐变指数的上升,延缓可溶性固形物(TSS)、可滴定酸(TA)和维生素C(Vc)的降解,抑制丙二醛(MDA)含量的增加,保持果实的贮藏品质,推迟果实的成熟衰老过程。综合来看,1.5 %壳聚糖处理对黄皮品质的保鲜效果最好,PE保鲜袋包装处理次之,1.5 %壳聚糖 PE保鲜袋处理的保鲜效果最差。 |

Hainan Da Jixin wampee was used as material, to investigate the effect of coating (1.5% chitosan), packaging(0.02 mm PE fresh-keeping燽ag) and coating with packing (1.5% chitosan with 0.02 mm PE fresh-keeping燽ag) treatments on storage quality of wampee fruit. The results showed that: compared with the control group, the coating, packaging and coating with packing treatments could reduce the rate of fruit weight loss and the pericarp browning index, delay the increase intotal soluble solids (TSS) , titratable acidity (TA) and ascorbic acid (Vc) degradation, and could inhibit the increase in malondialdehyde (MDA) content. Therefore, 1.5% chitosan coating, PE fresh-keeping燽ag packaging and coating with packing treatments maintained the storage quality, delayed fruit ripening and softening of wampee fruit. According to the complicated quality, 1.5% chitosan coating was the most useful for wampee fruit storage, and it was followed by PE package, and 1.5% chitosan coating with PE package was the worst. |
