| 自福建省仙游县度尾文旦柚主产区,选取具代表性16个果园57样株3056个果实,进行外观指标和内质测试,分析结果表明：①果实裂度平均指数(FCAI)对裂果程度的分辨率优于传统果实裂度指数(FCI),其变异系数分别为72.66%和69.13%,依此推荐FCAI为果实裂度的首选评价规范；②由相关分析筛选,在非破坏性可测指标中,单果重(SFW)与TSS极显著负相关P=1.6E-13,果形指数(FSI)与裂宽(FCW)极显著负相关P<1E-16,即将SFW和FSI分别选作果实内质和果实裂度的间接控制性因子；③由SFW级间可溶性固形物(TSS)方差分析,以方差贡献最大(F=32.6、P＜0.0001)的SFW梯度分级为推荐标准：S级500 g≤SFW＜650 g、M级650 g≤SFW＜850 g、L级850 g≤SFW＜1100 g ；果实TSS分布呈非正态P(normal)=0.02,参照分位数推荐分等：特等TSS≥10.5％、一等TSS≥9.5％、二等TSS≥8.0％。 |

| Xianyou County, Fujian Province is main production area of Duweiwendan pomelo. 3056 fruits were collected from 57 pomelo trees in 16 groves in this area. The appearance and total soluble solids (TSS) content of these fruits were analyzed. The results indicated that: 1) the fruit crack average index (FCAI) was significantly higher than the fruit crack average index (FCI). Its coefficient of variation( CV) is 69.14% and 72.66%, respectively. Therefore, FCAI is recommended as index for evaluating the fruit cracking. 2) By correlation analysis, the single fruit weigth (SFW) was significantly negatively correlated with TSS (P = 1.6E-13), and the fruit shape index (FSI) was significantly negatively correlated with fruit crack width (FCW). Thereby, SWF and FSI was considered as control factor of fruit internal and fruit crack, respectively. 3) By variance analysis, the SWF was recommended as the standard rule of fruit grade. The classification range of SWF was showed as followed: S grade 500 g ≤ SFW <650 g, M grade 650 g ≤ SFW <850 g, L grade 850 g ≤ SFW <1100 g. TSS distribution is non- Normal , P( normal) = 0.02, the classification range is recommended by reference quantile: Principal TSS≥10.5%, first-order TSS≥9.5%, second-order TSS≥8.0%. |
