      试验以黄冠/川梨为材料,以幼套近明球囊霉为菌剂,采用盆栽的方式,研究接种AM真菌对梨幼苗缓解Cu2+胁迫的影响。结果显示:在铜浓度为0-400mg/kg范围内,重金属Cu2+对梨的营养生长和生理抗性表现出了显著的低促高抑的效应,在低浓度为(≤150 mg/kg)的情况下,对梨幼苗有促进作用;在高浓度(>150mg/kg)时,对梨幼苗有抑制作用,且在150 mg/kg的情况下促进作用最好。从处理组与对照组对梨幼苗生长指标、光合作用指标、叶片保护酶活性、渗透调节物质含量等因素的综合影响来看,在不同处理下,接种AM真菌有利于提高植株的各项生理指标且均显著高于对照组。试验还发现所用的AM真菌能有效地侵染梨的幼苗,这对缓解Cu2+胁迫起到了重要作用。
英文摘要:
      Pyrus pashia(yellow crown) plantlets was used as material, Claroideoglomus etunicatum was used as bacteriastatic agent, tested by potted plants, to research the effect of inoculated AM fungi to alleviate the copper stress. The result shows that the concentration of copper was in the range of 0 ~ 400mg / kg, the effect of heavy metal Cu on the vegetative growth and physiological resistance of pear exhibited a significant high-low suppression effect. In the case of low concentration (≤150 mg / kg), the pear plantlets were promoted, at high concentration (> 150mg / kg), the pear plantlets were inhibited, while the best promote concentration is 150 mg / kg. From the treatment group and the control group on the growth of pear plantlets index , photosynthesis index, leaf protective enzyme activity, osmotic adjustment substance content and other factors, under different treatments, inoculated AM fungi was obviously beneficial to improve the plants’ physiological indicators which was significantly higher than the control group. The experiment also found that the use of AM fungi can effectively infect the pear plantlets, which played an important role in alleviate the copper stress.
