Stem spot disease on pitaya is widely spread in pitaya planting areas. The pathogen was identified by phytopathological research methods and molecular biology experimental techniques. The result showed that the pathogen causing stem spot of pitaya was identified as Epicoccum Latusicollum. The optimal temperature for the growth was 26℃and the pH was 6-7. |
