山梨醇是梨树等蔷薇科植物最主要的光合作用产物和碳水化合物转运形态。山梨醇代谢是梨树最重要的糖类生化过程之一,其不仅影响了果实内在品质的形成,而且也为营养物质合成提供了基础原料。综述了山梨醇合成、转运以及分解过程,重点介绍山梨醇代谢过程中主要相关酶(6-磷酸山梨醇脱氢酶和山梨醇脱氢酶)以及转运蛋白基因SOT在梨树中的研究进展,并对今后的研究工作进行了展望,以期为进一步深入研究山梨醇代谢机制和提高梨果品质提供参考。 |

Sorbitol is the primary photosynthetic product and major translocated carbohydrate in the Rosacese family, including pear plants. Sorbitol metabolism is one of the most important sugar biochemical processes that affect internal fruit qualities and provide substrates for the biosynthesis of nutrient substances. This review addressed the biosynthesis, transportation and deactivation processes of sorbitol, and highlighted research advances in some related enzymes, i.e. S6PDH (sorbitol-6-phosphate dehydrogenase) and SDH (sorbitol dehydrogenase), and sorbitol transport gene SOT in pear. In addition, the future research direction was prospected as well. This article will help to further study the underlying mechanism of sorbitol metabolism and provide reference for improving fruit quality in pear. |
