      为筛选适宜贵州地区种植的葡萄品种,对南玉、温克、摩尔多瓦三个引种葡萄的光合生理特征进行了比较研究。利用分光光度法和LI-6400仪器分别测定了南玉、温克、摩尔多瓦的果实品质、光合特征和叶绿素含量。三种葡萄果实品质参数差异显著,其中南玉产量最高。三种葡萄的净光合速率(Pn)与光有效辐射强度、CO2浓度均呈正相关,其中南玉和摩尔多瓦的最大净光合速率(Pmax)、光饱和点(LSP)、光补偿点(LCP)、表观量子效率(AQY)、CO2补偿点和叶绿素含量均优于温克。田间自然光照条件下,三种葡萄的净光合速率(Pn)和气孔导度(Cond)日变化趋势为单峰,其中南玉具有最大净光合速率,三种葡萄的胞间CO2浓度(Ci)在正午时刻附近均维持较稳定的水平,差异不显著。以上研究结果表明南玉、摩尔多瓦的光合能力优于温克,南玉更适宜贵州地区的自然光照环境。

      To select the suitable grape varieties in the Guizhou province, the physiological and photosynthetic characteristics of three grapes (Nanyu,Wink and Moldova) were determined. The fruit quality, the photosynthetic characteristic and the chlorophyll were analyzed by spectrophotometry assay and machine LI-6400.The Three grapes had significant differences in their fruit quality and Nanyu had the highest yield. The net photosynthetic rate of the three grapes had an positive correlation with the light intensity and the CO2 concentration. The data (including the highest net photosynthetic rate Pn, the light saturation point LSP, the light compensation point LCP, the apparent quantum yield AQY, the CO2 compensation point and the chlorophyll) in Nanyu and Moldova were more excellent than Wink. Under the nature light, the diurnal variations of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and stomatal conductance (Cond) of the three grapes showed a single peak curve. The daily change of intercellular carbon dioxide concentration (Ci) maintain a relative level in the mid-noon time point and no have significant difference in the three species. Our data showed that the Nanyu and Moldova had better photosynthetic characteristics than Wink, and Nanyu had a good adaptability in Guizhou natural light environment.
