      桃褐腐病是桃树上的一种重要病害,给桃果生产带来了显著的经济损失。本文对不同产区桃褐腐病菌的生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明:来源不同产区的各桃褐腐病菌总体平均在PDA培养基、25℃、pH 6.0~7.0及12h光照12h黑暗交替条件下生长最好;菌丝生长最适碳源是淀粉,最适氮源是牛肉浸膏。各褐腐菌株分生孢子平均在25℃、pH 6.0~7.0及12h光照12h黑暗交替条件下萌发率最高。不同产区褐腐病菌菌株间存在生物学特性差异,表明桃褐腐病菌存在丰富的生理生化多样性。研究结果表明不同的营养、温度、光照、pH等环境条件对各桃褐腐病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发有显著影响。
英文摘要:
      Brown rot on peaches and nectarines caused by Monilinia spp. is an important fungal disease, and results in significant economic losses in China. The biological characteristics of brown rot pathogens from different peach-growing areas were studied. In this study, mycelial growth and conidial germination were detected in relation to temperature, illumination, pH and nutritional conditions. The results showed that the optimum temperature for overall average mycelial growth of different growing-areas strains was 25℃, PDA was the best of the 5 culture media, the befitting pH was 6.0 to 7.0, and 12 h light each day was suitable for mycelial growth. The average rate of conidial germination of different strains was highest under this condition which includes 25°C, pH 6.0~7.0, and 12 hours of illumination time each day. The optimum carbon source was starch, and nitrogen source was beef extract. There were biological differences among peach brown rot pathogens from different peach-growing areas, indicating that there were abundant physiological and biochemical diversity of brown rot pathogens. In general, different nutrition, temperature, light, pH conditions have a significant impact on the mycelial growth and spore germination of different peach brown rot pathogens from different peach-growing areas.
