| 以“热研1号”槟榔为试验材料,利用冷冻切片和组织化学定位方法,研究槟榔各时期花果材料中槟榔碱的分布部位,及其在发育过程中的变化规律,结果表明：槟榔碱存在于槟榔的花序梗/果柄、花被、雄花、子房、果皮、胚乳等所有部位；在雄花中主要存在于花瓣的纤维束及周围薄壁细胞和花粉粒中；在花序梗/果柄、花被、子房、果皮中,主要存在于维管束、纤维束及周围的薄壁细胞中；在果实中,主要积累于胚乳细胞中；且槟榔碱的含量随着花果发育呈现动态的变化。 |

| A multidisciplinary approach of frozen section and histochemistry was used to investigate the distribution and changes of arecoline in the fruit and inflorescence of “Re Yan No.1” areca. The result showed that the arecoline distributed in all parts of the fruit and inflorescence, including the flower stalk/ScarpopodiumS, perianth, male flower, ovary, pericarp and endosperm. In the male flower, arecoline existes largely in the pollen,fiber bundle and the parenchymatous cell of petal; in the flower stalk/ carpopodium, perianth, ovary, pericarp, it mainly existes in theSvascularSbundle, fiber bundle and the parenchymatous cell ;in the fruit, mainly in the endosperms cell. The content of the arecoline shows dynamic changes along with the development of fruit and inflorescence. |
