      本研究以恩施特色产品关口葡萄为试验材料,通过不同时期喷施不同形态硒肥,研究葡萄产量、各部位硒含量、累积分配差异及品质变化。结果表明:(1)同一喷施时期,硒酸钠处理下果实各部位硒含量是亚硒酸钠处理的1.4~2.4倍;(2)同一硒源,果实膨大期喷施果肉和籽粒硒含量分别是糖分累积期喷施的1.3~1.9和1.2~2.0倍,但果皮硒含量不及糖分累积期的80%;(3)果实膨大期喷硒,果皮、果肉和籽粒的硒积累分配比分别约为32%、57%、11%,而糖分累积期果皮中硒的积累分配比增加了约16%,果肉中降低了约14%;(4)无论何时喷施何种硒源,硒均优先累积到果皮,再向果肉中转运,最后转移到籽粒中;(5)施硒对葡萄产量、Vc及可溶性固形物有一定的促进作用。综上,根据中国居民食用葡萄方式和习惯,推荐在前期果实膨大期喷施硒酸盐进行补硒更为高效。

      The “Guankou” grape for the characteristics product of Enshi was used for the experimental material, explore the effects of different Se sources and spray time on the yield, Se concentration and cumulative distribution in different parts of the grape as well as its quality. The results were shown as follows: (1) For the same application stage, the Se concentration in each part of the grape for the selenate treatment was 1.4 to 2.4 times that of the selenite treatment. (2) For the same Se source, the Se concentration in the flesh and seed for the expanding stage was respectively 1.3 to 1.9 and 1.2 to 2.0 times that at the sugar accumulation stage, while the Se concentration in the peel was less than 80% of sugar accumulation stage. (3) With Se sprayed at the expanding stage, the accumulation rate of Se in the peel, flesh and seed was respectively 32%, 57% and 11%, while the accumulation of Se for the sugar accumulation stage in the peel increased by about 16%, and the flesh decreased by about 14%.(4) Regardless of Se source and spray stage, the Se first accumulated to the peel, and then transported to the flesh, and finally transferred to the seed. (5) Se application could promote the yield, Vc and soluble solids of grape. In conclusion, according to the eating habits of Chinese people, it is recommended to spraying selenate in expanding stage to make it more efficient.
