      为了研究不同立地条件下白沙枇杷的抗冻性差异,为抗冻育种提供理论和技术依据。以‘软条白沙’与变异材料‘永路软条白沙’为试材,分别在不同海拔、阴坡与阳坡条件下开展抗冻性种植试验。测定了冻害发生后2个材料的电导率、蛋白和脯氨酸(PRO)、酶活性、脱落酸(ABA)和半致死温度等抗寒生理指标,对叶片和幼果的冻害结果进行检测分析。结果表明:‘永路软条白沙’抗冻性显著强于软条白沙(对照)。叶片与果实的电导率、丙二醛(MDA)、ABA、PRO含量与抗冻结果呈负相关,与超氧化物气化酶(SOD)活性则呈正相关。半致死温度‘永路软条白沙’显著低于‘软条白沙’。两个枇杷品种抗冻性差异显著,‘永路软条白沙’强于普通软条白沙。研究证实,电导率、SOD、MDA、PRO、ABA可以比较准确地反映白沙枇杷的抗冻结果。为减少冻害发生,白沙枇杷种植要考虑小气候环境开展适地适栽。
英文摘要:
      The purpose of this study is to verify antifreeze mechanism of the mutant material and similar varieties of Ruantiao white loquat in different site conditions, and to provide theoretical and technical basis for loquat freezing stress resistance breeding. In this study, 8a (8 year-old)Yonglu soft strip loquat and 10a(10 year-old) soft strip loquat were taken as the test material, to carry out the freezing resistance test both in shady slope and sunny slope planting. Yonglu soft strip loquat were planted at an altitude of 92m and soft strip loquat were planted at an altitude of 41m. SOD, CAT, MDA, ABA, PRO and the semilethal temperature(LT50) of leaves and young fruit were measured. Results showed that freezing resistance of Yonglu soft strip loquat was significantly stronger than soft strip loquat (CK). Electrical conductivity, MDA, ABA, PRO content of leaves and fruits were negative correlation with freezing resistance, however, SOD activity was positive correlation with it. The semilethal temperature(LT50) of Yonglu soft strip loquat was significantly lower than that of soft strip loquat, which meant the freezing resistance of the former was stronger than the latter. This study confirmed that the electrical conductivity, SOD activity, MDA , PRO, ABA content could accurate reflection the freezing resistance of soft strip loquat. In conclusion, the planting of soft strip loquat should be considered the microclimate to reduce the frost injury.
