本研究从云南建水石榴园、蒙自石榴园采集的土样中分离筛选到对石榴枯萎病菌有较强拮抗活性的芽孢杆菌,其中菌株B110对石榴枯萎病菌的室内抑制率为65.88%,研究表明菌株B110能在石榴根际稳定定殖,具有潜在生防价值。结合菌株B110的培养性状、菌落形态观察、生理生化特性分析(Biolog系统)及gyrB基因序列分析,将菌株B110初步鉴定为解淀粉芽孢杆菌Bacillus amyloliquefaciens。 |

In this study, Bacillus which have strong antagonism activity to pomegranate wilt pathogen were separated from the soil collected from Jianshui megranate garden, Jianshui County and Mengzi megranate garden, Mengzi County in Yunnan Province. The indoor inhibition ratio of bacillus strain B110 to pomegranate wilt pathogen was 65.88% and it can be colonization in the rhizosphere soil of pomegranate. Bacillus strain B110 was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, according to the characters of cultural colonies, morphological observation, biochemical and physiological identification (Biolog carbon source utilization analysis) and gyrB gene sequence analysis. |
