为明确不同来源澳洲坚果种质资源品质性状间的差异,以澳洲坚果种质资源圃中不同地理来源的38份资源为材料,用NIRS DS 2500近红外光谱分析仪测定22项品质性状指标,用变异分析、主成分分析和聚类分析方法分析其多样性。结果表明:澳洲坚果种质资源的品质性状存在丰富的变异,变异系数在0.51%-28.08%;其硬脂酸的变异幅度最大,油酸的变异最小;前3个主成分累计贡献率达到94.56%,其中脂肪、总糖、蛋白、棕榈酸、油酸、二十碳烯酸6个性状是构成品质性状差异的主要因素;聚类分析将38份材料分为3类,第Ⅰ类为高脂肪、高蛋白、高棕榈酸及高精氨类群,第Ⅱ类为高总糖、高二十碳烯酸类群,第Ⅲ类为高油酸类群。根据育种目标在群体间选配亲本,以提高品质育种的效率。 |

This study investigated the difference in germplasm resources nutrients between Macadamia from different sources,38 resources of different geographical sources in macadamia germplasm resources were used as materials.Using NIRS DS 2500near infrared spectrum analyzer to measure 22quality trsits. Diversity of nut quality were analyzed by variance analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis. The results show that diversity of nut quality character in macadamia is abundant,and variation coefficients are from 0.51 to 28.08%.Variation range of stearic acid content is the highest, and that of oleic acid is the lowest. Principal component analysis showed that the additive contributing rate of first three principal components was 94.56%,tha fat,total sugar,protein,palmitic acid,oleic acid,twvnty six carbom olefin acid properties is constitute the main factors of macadamia germplasm quality traits difference. Cluster analysis showed that all 38 accessions were divided into 3 groups.GroupⅠwere high fat,high protein,high palmitic and high precision content cluster, GroupⅡwere high total sugar and high carbon olefin acid content cluster, GroupⅢwere high oleic acid content cluster.According to the breeding target,selecting parents from groups would improve the efficiency of breeding in high quality cltivars. |
