| 黄龙病是一种传播快、危害大，迄今为止最具毁灭性的柑橘检疫性病虫害，其对全球柑橘产业的发展造成了巨大的影响，致使果农损失惨重。为此迫切需要量化研究黄龙病对柑橘产业造成的经济损失，从而为有效防控柑橘黄龙病、保护果农收益提供理论依据和决策参考。首先基于微观调研数据，测算黄龙病爆发导致赣南三县的直接经济损失；其次，采用投入产出法评估其间接经济损失。研究发现，黄龙病爆发造成赣南三县2016年的直接经济损失为44.92亿元，占当年GDP的15.4%，由于关联效应造成江西省的间接经济损失为42.91亿元，占当年GDP的0.23%，并且，黄龙病爆发对当地食品工业和服务业发展也带来了次生影响。 |

| HLB is a most destructive citrus quarantine disease to date, which spreads fast and has great harm. It causes great damage to the global citrus industry and results in heavy losses to farmers.Therefore, it is urgent to quantify the economic losses caused by HLB , so as to provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference for effective prevention of HLB and protection of fruit growers' income. Firstly, base on the micro survey data, it sets up an evaluation index system for the direct impact and calculates it. Secondly, it uses the input-output method to evaluate the indirect economic losses caused by HLB. The research finds that the direct economic losses is 4.492 billion yuan, accounting for 15.4% of the GDP in 2016. The total indirect economic losses in Jiangxi province is 4.291 billion yuan, accounting for 0.23% of its GDP, moreover, the outbreak of HLB brings a secondary impact on the development of local food industry and service industry. |
