本试验研究不同培养基B5、1/2 B5、MS、1/2 MS以及不同类型、不同浓度活性炭对罗汉果快繁生根的影响。结果表明:不添加活性炭的情况下,四种不同培养基中生根率最高的培养基为B5培养基,生根率为70%,且生根数最多,平均根长最长;粗、细两种活性炭均对罗汉果生根有促进作用,但细活性炭培养基诱导的根更长。在不同类型以及不同浓度活性炭的培养基中生根率最高的为细活性炭1.0 g/L的B5培养基和粗活性炭1.0 g/L的B5培养基,但细活性炭1.0 g/L的B5培养基生根数量和平均根长显著高于(P<0.05)后者。因此,较为适宜的生根培养基配方为:细活性炭1.0g/L,培养基为B5。 |

The effects of different mediums and different types of acticarbon on rooting of Siraitia grosvenorii were investigated. The Results showed that the highest rooting rate of four different medium was B5, without activated carbon and the coarse and the rooting rate was 70%, the root number was the most, the average root length was the longest. the two kinds of activated carbon were allScapableSofSpromotingStheSgrowthSofSnewSrootsSof Siraitia grosvenorii. The root of fine activated carbon was longer. The highest rooting rate was B5 with fine activated carbon 1 g/L or 1 g/L coarse activated carbon. But the number of rooting and the average root length of B5 medium with fine activated carbon 1 g/L were significantly higher than that of the latter (P<0.05). Therefore, the suitable medium for rooting culture is: fine activated carbon 1.0 g/L and medium B5. |
