| 检疫性病害和病毒病是阻碍柑橘安全生产的重要因素。重庆自2007年启动柑橘非疫区项目建设以来，建立完善了全市柑橘疫情监测预警网络，尤其是对柑橘黄龙病、溃疡病的阻截防控成效显著，但目前部分育苗企业对柑橘病毒病的为害仍然认识不足。为此，本研究于2017年对重庆市柑橘母本园，一级采穗圃、二级采穗圃和5个主要的柑橘育苗单位的1373株母本树和采穗母树进行了检疫性病害和危险性病毒病的抽样调查，结果显示，上述苗木繁育单位的采穗母树都没有感染柑橘溃疡病和黄龙病等检疫性病害，也没有检测出褪绿矮化病、鳞皮病等危险性病毒病，但黄脉病和叶斑驳病等新发柑橘病毒病发生较为严重，需要引起重视。本研究的结果将为重庆柑橘产业的持续、健康发展提供重要保障。 |

| Quarantine and viral diseases serious?constraint the production of citrus. Since citrus non-quarantine area and early warning and surveillance networks of citrus epidemic disease and pest have been established in Chongqing, citrus Huanglongbing (HLB) has never been found in Chongqing, and citrus canker has been restricted to a few orchards. However, the harm of viral disease has not been recognized by some citrus nurseries. In 2017, 1373 mother trees and?budwood?collecting?trees from virus-free mother block, increasing block and 5 major nurseries in Chongqing were detected. The result showed that HLB, citrus canker, citrus chlorosis dwarf and citrus psorosis diseases were not detected. But some emerging citrus viral diseases, such as citrus yellow vein clearing disease and leaf blotch diseases were prevailing in some nurseries. This work can provide an important guarantee for the sustained,?rapid?and?sound development of citrus industry in Chongqing. |
