杧果(Mangifera indica L.)是中国乃至世界主要的热带水果之一。炭疽病和蒂腐病是引起杧果采后腐烂的主要病害,但不同杧果品种对二者的抗性存在较大差异。本文分析了杧果主要采后病害及其综合防治、杧果抗性种质资源遗传多样性和转录组、蛋白质组分析等研究进展,探讨了目前杧果采后病害抗性相关分子机理研究存在的不足,提出了今后的研究方向。 |

Mango (Mangifera indica L.) is one of the major tropical fruits in China and even in the world. Anthracnose and stem end rot are the main causes of postharvest rot, but different mango cultivars show wide differences in the disease resistance. This article analyzes the research advances in main postharvest diseases of mango , related comprehensive prevention and treatment, genetic diversity of resistant germplasm resources, transcriptome and proteomic analysis, etc. The deficiencies of the current research on the molecular mechanisms related to postharvest disease resistance of mango are discussed, and future research directions are proposed. |
