| 以‘红颜’草莓为试材，研究了不同穴盘规格对草莓苗生长及定植后生长结果的影响。结果表明：本研究所采用的四种规格中，“15穴”规格繁育的草莓苗株高、株幅、茎粗、叶面积、根长、根数、地上鲜重和根鲜重等性状分别为14.60cm、295.84cm2、0.40cm、93.76cm2、15.5cm、17.67、4.33g、0.99g，均显著高于其他三个处理。定植后，不同规格穴盘繁育的苗在果实成熟期方面，“50穴”始花期最大可提前11d，成熟期最大可提前8d；产量方面，以“50穴”繁育的苗为最优，平均单果重、单株产量分别为28.29g、419.87g；品质方面，“50穴”繁育的苗可溶性蛋白（17.62 mg/100mg）、维生素C（72.62 mg/100mg）、可溶性糖（4.31%）等的含量均为最高，且显著高于其他三个处理。 |

| In order to explore the effects of different plug sizes on growth and quality of strawberry, the variety‘Benihoppe’was used in this study．The results showed that among the four plug sizes used in this study, the plant height, plant amplitude, stem diameter, leaf area, root length, root number, aboveground fresh weight and root fresh weight of the ‘15 points’ were 14.60 cm, 295.84 cm2, 0.40 cm, 93.76 cm2, 15.5 cm, 17.67, 4.33 g and 0.99 g, higher than the other three treatments. After planting, the different sizes of plugs in the fruit ripening period, first flowering date of the ‘50 points’ can be 11d in advance, fruit ripening date of the ‘50 points’ can be 8d in advance. In terms of yield, the ‘50 points’ is the best one. The average single fruit weight and the yield per plant were 28.29g and 419.87g, respectively. In terms of quality, the soluble protein (17.62 mg/100 mg), vitamin C (72.62 mg/100 mg) and soluble sugar (4.31%) of the ‘50 points’ were all the highest, and significantly higher than those of the others. |
