      为促进柑橘修剪废弃物的资源化利用,以柑橘修剪废弃物与菜籽饼混合物为原料,添加尿素、过磷酸钙于室外进行条垛式覆膜高温好氧发酵处理,研究其发酵进程及堆肥产品的基质特性。结果表明:经过35d处理,夏季覆膜堆肥能使堆体温度迅速上升至70℃左右,并维持在55℃以上超过一周。堆肥结束时,pH值为8.27,EC值为1.90 mS.cm-1,E4/E6为2.3,C/N为16.36,GI为102.69%,达到腐熟标准。堆肥后TN、TP、TK分别增加23.71%、75.42%、26.45%,金属元素Fe、Cu、Zn总量分别为3200.15 mg.kg-1、149.85 mg.kg-1、561.45 mg.kg-1,养分含量丰富。从基质化利用的角度来看,堆肥产品的容重、持水孔隙度、通气孔隙度、气水比等指标均达到理想基质的要求。由此表明,柑橘修剪废弃物经过高温好氧堆制发酵后,堆肥达到腐熟,堆肥产品具有作为植物栽培基质的特性。
英文摘要:
      An experiment was carried out to study the matrix fermentation process and the matrix quality of the compost product. The mixture of citrus pruning waste and rapeseed cake as basic composting materials was used. The materials was treated by the high temperature aerobic composting in outdoor with strip stacking. The composting treatment was lasted for 35 days. Temperature is the main performance indicator of composting. It was measured every two hours. At the beginning, the temperature increased rapidly, reaching the highest 71.6℃ on the fourteenth day, then the temperature gradually decreased. The high temperature (above 55°C) lasted for 33 days. By the end of composting, the temperature decreased to 57.9℃, the pH value was 8.27, the EC value was 1.90 mS.cm-1, the E4/E6 value was 2.3, the C/N ratio was 16.36, the GI value was promoted to 102.69%, which is 18.63% higher than the initial value. Until the end of composting, total nitrogen, the total phosphorus and total potassium were increased by 23.71%, 75.42% and 26.45% respectively, and the total contents of Fe, Cu, and Zn was promoted to 3200.15 mg.kg-1, 149.85 mg.kg-1, and 561.45 mg.kg-1 respectively. These data inferred that after 35 days of high-temperature aerobic composting, citrus pruning waste can be used as the harmless compost product with rich nutrient contents. As substrate, the bulk density, water-holding porosity and ventilatory porosity of the compost products reached the ideal matrix requirements. The study showed that after 35 days of high-temperature aerobic composting, the compost product of citrus pruning waste had the characters as substrate for planting.
