      本试验以避雨栽培模式下的‘阳光玫瑰’(Shine-Muscat)为试验材料,比较了不同颜色或材质果袋及果袋配合珍珠棉果伞处理果穗对果实品质的影响,同时监控果际光照强度及温度变化情况。结果表明,除了无纺布袋、透明袋及果伞+无纺布处理,其余果袋或果伞+果袋组合均不同程度地减弱果际光照强度,其中黄袋的透光性最差,而对照和黄袋果际温度明显低于其他处理。另外,5种不同颜色和质地的果袋及与果伞组合处理下的采收期果实重量、纵径和横径无显著性差异。在采收期时白袋、绿袋和黄袋处理显著降低了果实可溶性固形物浓度。相关性分析结果表明,果际光照强度越大,粒重和果实纵径越小,可溶性固形物含量越高。生产上建议根据不同葡萄品种特性选择不同材质和颜色的果袋,或者与果伞结合使用,达到调整果际微气候,提升果实品质的目的。
英文摘要:
      In this study, ‘Shine-Muscat’ was used as the test material under the rain-shelter-cultivation, and the effects of different color or material fruit bags and fruit bags combined with Expandable Polyethylene (EPE) umbrella on fruit quality were compared. At the same time, light intensity and temperature change of fruiting zone were monitored. The results showed that, except the non-woven bag, transparent bag and umbrella + non-woven bag, other bags or umbrella + bag treatments reduced the light intensity of fruiting zone to different degrees, among which the yellow bag showed the lowest light transmittance, while the temperature of fruiting zone for yellow bag was significantly lower than other treatments. In addition, there were no significant differences in the weight, longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter of the fruits in five different color and texture bags and under the combined treatment with the umbrella. The soluble solids concentration of fruit was significantly reduced by the treatments of white bag, green bag and yellow bag at the harvest stage. The results of correlation analysis showed that the smaller grape weight and longitudinal diameter, and higher soluble solids concentration were due to higher light intensity of fruiting zone. In production, it is suggested to choose fruit bags of different materials and colors according to the characteristics of different grape varieties, or use them together with fruit umbrellas to adjust the microclimate of fruiting zone and improve the fruit quality.
